Completes Acquisition of Lee Insurance Services

DALLAS, Texas — Ragland Strother & Lafitte (the "Agency” or “RSL”), a leading independent insurance brokerage in Dallas, Texas, today announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Griffin Highline Capital LLC (“Griffin Highline”), a holding company focused on investing in insurance operating businesses. As part of the partnership, Griffin Highline has made a growth equity investment in the Agency, which positions RSL to capitalize on strategic growth opportunities that will further the long-term success of the Agency while preserving its differentiated culture.
W. Scott Ragland and D. Gregg Lafitte, Owners and Partners of RSL, will maintain their roles managing the Agency. Specifically, they will continue leading day-to-day operations, overseeing personnel, and maintaining close communication with clients, employees, and carriers.

As part of the partnership with Griffin Highline, RSL also today announced the acquisition of Lee Insurance Services (“Lee Insurance”), a Dallas-based insurance brokerage founded by Warren Lee in 2007. This transaction enhances the RSL team and further strengthens local market and carrier relationships. Warren Lee has joined RSL as Partner.
